The Gingerbread Bakery drops us right back into Dream Harbor, where the snow is falling, the townsfolk are meddling, and apparently every wedding turns into a full-town production. Annie runs the bakery, Mac is her long-time nemesis (with great arms, naturally), and the two of them are forced to work together while helping Jeanie and Logan tie the knot. Nothing says “romance is back on the menu” like a shared project and ten years of unresolved feelings.
This one hits every cozy small-town note you could want: nosy neighbors, wedding mayhem, and enough slow-burn angst to toast a marshmallow over. It’s sweet without getting syrupy, charming without trying too hard, and just messy enough to make you mutter “oh no they didn’t” between sips of coffee. Basically, if you’ve ever wanted to live inside a Hallmark movie but with better banter and more emotional payoff, The Gingerbread Bakery gets you there.

You’ve been stalking that man with your eyes all night. I feel like I’m watching a nature documentary and you’re about to pounce.
