A fate arrives at their court as an envoy to the True Primal of Death. Kolis requests an audience with Seraphena, something the True Primal of Life and Death can do with one another. Sera is required to attend this meeting with no one but the fate present. Neither of them can harm one another.
Kolis in the meeting requests the Star diamond with Sotoria’s soul in it. In exchange, he’ll let Sera and Ash live and will not wage war.
Sera counters with an offer of her own, he can live out his life but he would renounce his throne and cannot seek revenge.
Wanting some answers about how her powers of The Primal of Life work, Sera summons Holland. Being in trouble about how much he already sort of intervened on behalf of Seraphena, Holland can’t come.
He sends his wife Penellaphe instead. Penellaphe reveals two things she’s seen in the vision. This war will only end by a future King and Queen referring to Poppy and Casteel. She also reveals that two future sisters, Poppy and Millicent, will be instrumental in ending the conflict. Kyn and Vessa arrive to taunt Nyktos and Seraphena. They make crude remarks about Sera’s time in Kolis’s cage and his obsession with her, Sotoria.
Seraphena visits the mortal land, revealing herself as the True Primal of Life to her sister, Queen Ezmeria and Marisol, her consort. She warns them of the conflict to come.
There, she finds Callum. They take Callum as hostage and interrogate him. They have to eventually release him to not to violate the peace between Kolis and Sera while Sera considers the deal Kolis proposed.

Seraphena has a panic attack and shifts into a cave cat.
Nyktos reveals he hasn’t been feeding from Seraphena because he is worried it’ll remind her of her time with Kolis.
While Sera shifts, Nyktos has to go to the Pillars of Asphodel to usher the dead to the afterlife since Kolis doesn’t.
Sera wakes up, hearing thousands screaming in Lasania. She arrives at Lasania to find everyone she cares about and the entire city dead. Her mother, her sister and her sister-in-law is among the dead.

Born of Blood and Ash Ending Explained
Sera finally catches up to the symptoms she’s been feeling and realizes she might be pregnant. They ask the god Amos, who confirms she’s pregnant with twins. Sera and Nyktos are both thrilled.
Nyktos however, grows very overprotective and asks Sera to stay back in the future fights. They eventually compromise, and Sera decides to fight as long as she’s not injured or wounded.
They decide to first take Veses’s court, realizing there is no redemption for her. They kill Veses and Sera absorbs the court into her own power.
Attes also agrees that there is no more goodness in her brother, and they decide to take Kyn. A battle ensues and heartbreaking losses happen.
They arrange another meeting with Kolis, this time in Bonelands.
Kolis shows up armed. They fight and Sera stabs Kolis. They suppress his power with ancient bones and entomb Kolis.
Sera looks for the Star to release Sotoria’s soul to find that it’s gone. The fates took the Star and tell Sera Sotoria has to be reborn.
The fates reveal that Sotoria is part of Sera’s bloodline. Realizing the importance of her bloodline once ore, Sera realizes that’s why she was Chosen.
The foreboding prophecy, however, mentions the second daughter. Therefore, Sotoria has to be reborn as a second daughter into their bloodline to fulfill the prophecy. The fates promise to let Sotoria reborn when Sera’s bloodline has two daughters.
This future daughter will achieve their ultimate goal and kill Kolis. She will also be Sotoria reborn.
The prequel series wrap up with Ash and Sera finding comfort in one another and their unborn babies.
Sera decides to hide her name from the history and conceal her identity in order to prevent someone unintentionally bringing the end of times by uttering it.
Nyktos hates this idea as he’ll take all the credit for Seraphena’s work but Sera doesn’t care as long as people who love her who she is.
With that, we’ve wrapped the prequel series! Although I’m partial to From Blood and Ash, I love Born of Blood and Ash because we finally get the complete prophecy.
